Developed online collaboration system and publishing interface for a variety of project-management purposes, developed multiple web domains and all print media and publicity materials for project. [2005] Monroe Harding, Nashville TN Education Coordinator Assisted in the planning and enacting of educational plans for teenage offenders in a Level II state custody facility. Oversaw and managed of individual housing units, individual counseling, and program development with individual youth as well as behavior management and procuring post- custody work. [2004] Martha O'Bryan Center, Nashville TN Presbyterian Church USA - Development Coordinator Created and maintained educational programs for at-risk youth in Nashville's largest housing project. Reading, computer skills, and basic social interaction skills were stressed, with highly structured programs and highly-developed relationships with local schools. [2003] The Link Family and Community Centre, Belfast UK Presbyterian Church USA - Development Agent Designed, implemented, and budgeted programming for youth in Belfast and Newtownards, Northern Ireland. This includes technology and media skills, basic job acquisition tools, and counseling for legal and personal problems related to sectarian violence and paramilitary involvement.
